Additional help on AOL

If you have an AOL-related query and are having trouble finding the answer, here are some alternative means of getting help:

  • Use the Help channel
Search through our extensive online help resources to find the information you need. Simply go to http://help.aol.co.uk or sign on using your AOL software and visit AOL Keyword: Help.

  • Contact AOL Broadband staff online
For all queries: Go to http://myaolbroadband.co.uk/contact to send an email to AOL Broadband Member Services.
For Conditions of Service queries: Go to AOL Keyword: Notify AOL.
Member Services email address: You can email us with your questions or suggestions.

  • Telephone support
Please note that we receive thousands of phone calls for assistance every day. In the majority of cases, you'll quickly find an answer to your question (without any frustrating delays) if you look for the answer online, instead of phoning.

You can contact AOL Broadband Member Services between 8am and 12 midnight, seven days a week on 0844 499 5555* (from outside the UK , dial +44 844 499 5555).

Tip: If you are calling our helpline with a technical problem, it is best to do so while you are in front of your computer so you can easily reproduce and describe the problem you are encountering.
If you are experiencing an error message, it helps if you write down the exact message, which will help our technical staff to assist more effectively.

  • AOL Broadband complaints procedure
If for any reason we have fallen short of the service you have come to expect, find out how to make a complaint.

    * Calls to the Member Services 0844 helpline are free of charge when made from an AOL Talk line. Call charges from other providers will vary and calls from mobiles will cost substantially more. See http://myaolbroadband.co.uk/supportme for details.
