AOL Broadband name change policy

When updating your name & address details at My Account, please note the following:

• The name entered should match the name of the AOL Broadband account holder (the person who originally registered the account).
• A new name can only be entered if your name has changed (eg through marriage or deed poll).
• It is not permissible to enter someone else's name - the AOL Broadband account is personal to the the master acccount holder who originally signed up to AOL Broadband and agreed to the Conditions of Service, and is not transferable.
