AOL Broadband troubleshooting

Connection Error Messages

	Error AC-3000: Computer could not get a connection
	DNS Server unavailable or unreachable
	Error AC-3001: Could not get an internet connection
	Error AC-0000: Computer was unable to connect to AOL
	Error AC-4003: The computer cannot find the DSL modem
	The modem has reported that there is no dial tone
	Unable to find an appropriate DSL Modem or Adapter
	Invalid username/password on the domain
	Connection to the host timed out
	Dial-Up Networking server is not responding
	AOL could not initialise the modem
	Remote computer is not responding
	Error: Access via this number is not available
	User authentication failed

Online Problems

	AOL Broadband is running slowly
