AOL Browser themes
This article provides instructions about how to customise the look and feel of AOL Browser using themes.
Use themes to customise AOL Browser
AOL Browser offers 16 original themes that can be used to customise its look and feel. Each theme can be further customised by adjusting the brightness and hue.
To apply a theme to AOL Browser:
1. Click the Tools menu, then click Themes...
2. Scroll through the available themes in the Theme: box to find your desired look, then click the theme.
Note: If you are in Preview mode, the selected theme will be previewed in the AOL Browser. To turn the preview mode on, click to place a tick in the Preview box. To turn the preview mode off, click to clear the tick in the Preview box.
3. If desired, you can further customise the theme by adjusting the brightness and hue:
- To adjust the brightness of the theme, click and hold the Brightness: slider button, then move it left or right until you reach the desired level of brightness.
- To adjust the hue of the theme, click and hold the Hue: slider button, then move it left or right until you reach the desired hue.
Note: To return the sliders to their original position, click the Reset Sliders link.
4. Click the Save button to close the AOL Browser Settings window and apply the theme to the AOL Browser.
