Unexpected disconnections with Home Networking
Sometimes your AOL software may disconnect prematurely. There are a number of reasons why this can happen - for example system health, spyware, physical connections or software issues.
To further diagnose what is causing the internte to disconnect, please select whether the problem is occurring on one PC or all PCs:
- One or more PCs are disconnecting
- All PCs are disconnecting
