Can I prevent web surfing on external browsers only?

Internet Access Controls will allow any screen names that don't have Parental Controls limitations - eg, master screen names, General (18+) - to launch an external browser and surf the web in an unrestricted way. However, if your child has Parental Controls set for his/her screen name, IAC will recognise this and tell your child to sign on to AOL 9.0 VR for web surfing where we can offer a more protected web surfing environment.
