Hyperlinks (blue, underlined text) are links that can take you directly to online areas or websites and other online content. Users with Version 4.0 and above can send and receive hyperlinks in chat. All users, however, are blocked by default from sending and receiving hyperlinks in chat rooms.

If you want to send and receive hyperlinks, you need to:

1. Go to Parental Controls.
Note: You must be signed on with your master screen name to set chat controls.
2. Select the screen name for whom you are setting the chat controls.
3. Scroll to the Chat Room Controls section.
4. Click the box labelled Hyperlinks (the tick should disappear).
5. Click Save.

Note: This option is unavailable for Kids Only screen names.
