You can record all your IM sessions on AIM.

You can save your IM conversation at any time during an ongoing AIM session. When you save a session, it gets stored as an HTML file on your computer.

Save an IM session

To save an IM session:

1. In an open AIM session window, click the File menu, then click Save Window....

Note: You can also hold down the Ctrl key on the keyboard, then tap the S key.

2. In the Save in: box navigate to the folder where you would like to save the file, type a name in the File name: box, then click the Save button.

Open a saved IM session

To open a saved IM session:

1. In an open AIM session window, click the File menu, then click Open Saved IM....
2. Navigate to the folder containing the saved file.
3. Double-click the file name you want to open. This will open the file in your default web browser.
