What should I do if I get a scam email?
Follow these simple rules:
- Don't respond to the email.
- Never click on a hyperlink in an email from a stranger.
- Don't download any files attached to the email.
- Report the email to AOL using the Report spam button, or by forwarding the email to AOL staff as instructed online at AOL Keyword: Notify AOL.
- Delete the email from your mailbox.
