Designate an additional master screen name

Your primary master screen name is the name you created when you first registered. There is only one primary master screen name for each account. We use this screen name for tracking purposes, billing, awarding time to the account, and for other functions vital to the service. The primary master screen name cannot be changed or deleted.

We allow other screen names set to General (18 and older) to be designated as additional master screen names. You can designate up to two additional master screen names per account. Additional master screen names may be deleted. You can change additional master screen names, as well as other screen names on the account, by deleting the screen name and creating a new one.

To designate an additional master screen name:

1. Go to Parental Controls and sign in using your master screen name and password.
2. Click the screen name you wish to designate as an additional master screen name.
3. Under the Settings section, select General (18 and older).
4. Click the box next to Master (Only master accounts can view and edit Parental Controls) to place a tick in it.
5. Click Save.
