What is my billing date?
Your billing date is the date when your bill for the use of your AOL Broadband services is generated.

To check your billing date, sign on using your AOL software and visit AOL Keyword: Billing Terms.

You can view more details about the monthly charges for your AOL Broadband account, including your monthly subscription fee online at AOL Keyword: My Bill.

Please note:
-- If your bill for the use of any AOL Broadband service is generated with less frequency (eg an annual payment plan), this will also be generated on the billing date of the appropriate month.

-- Two days after your billing date, all charges relating to that month will be available to view online at AOL Keyword: My Bill.

-- Your collection date is the date on which the amount owed is debited from your bank account or credit card. This occurs at some stage after your billing date.

Note for members paying by direct debit:
-- View information about your AOL Broadband Direct Debit collection date.
