Email Signatures
Email Signatures allow you to add a personal touch to your
email by adding your 'signature' at the end of any email you
send. Your signature can contain your name, Screen Name, address,
phone number, job title, favourite quote or any other information
you like!
When writing an email in the usual way, click the button at the bottom right of the
email window (AOL 8.0 users, click the little 'pen'
icon on the right-hand side of the email window instead).
Your list of available signatures will be
displayed, along with a Set Up Signatures option, which
you can use to create a new signature. If you like, you can
create more than one signature - for example, you could have one
for business and one for personal use. It's up to you!
