You may receive the message "An error has occurred. Your Favourites will be reloaded" because the program did not load properly.

Sign out of AOL Favourites Plus and try again

Sometimes your computer gets overwhelmed with what it's doing and does not perform well. By signing out and back into AOL Favourites Plus, this may cause the feature to work better.

To sign out of AOL Favourites Plus and try again:

1. Click the Sign Out link on the top right of the AOL Favourites Plus window.
2. Go to http://favourites.aol.co.uk.
3. Enter your screen name and password to sign in to AOL Favourites Plus.
