You may receive the message "There was an error retrieving your favourites" because the program did not load properly.

Sign out of Favourites Plus and try again

Sometimes your computer gets overwhelmed with what it's doing and does not perform well. By signing out and back into Favourites Plus, this may cause the feature to work better.

To sign out of Favourites Plus and try again:

1. Click the Sign Out link on the top right of the Favourites Plus window.
2. Go to Favourites Plus.
3. Enter your screen name and password to sign in to Favourites Plus.
