You have received the message "You have signed in with a new screenname. Your favourites will be reloaded" because you signed out of the Screen Name Service with one screen name and in with another since the last time you accessed Favourites Plus.

Reload the Favourites Plus application

This message window is displayed when you have logged out of a screen name and logged in with a different screen name. If you click the OK button, the Favourites Plus application will be re-loaded with the favourites for the new screen name.
