You will receive the message "You must sign in to your account to use this program" because you are not signed in to the Screen Name Service.

Complete the sign in process

To use the service, you'll need to be signed into the feature.

To complete the sign in process:

When you receive the message "You must sign in to your account to use this program" a Sign In button appears. Once you click the Sign In button, you will be prompted to enter your screen name and password. Enter your information, then the Favourites Plus application will reload.


Sign out of Favourites Plus and try again

Sometimes your computer gets overwhelmed with what it's doing and does not perform well. By signing out and back into Favourites Plus, this may cause the feature to work better.

To sign out of Favourites Plus and try again:

1. Click the Sign Out link on the top right of the Favourites Plus window.
2. Go to Favourites Plus.
3. Enter your screen name and password to sign in to Favourites Plus.
