Configuring a Netgear WG511 wireless adapter
There are two versions of the Netgear WG511 wireless adapter, the version 1 and version 2.
The label located on the front of the adapter can be used to identify the version of the Netgear WG511 that you have. If it is labelled WG511 you have a version 1 adapter. If it labelled WG511 v2 you have a version 2 adapter.
