Do not leave your computer unprotected! Without complete protection for your PC you could lose important documents, irreplaceable photos, music and anything else stored on your computer. It's as important as a lock on your front door.

I’m not sure what Screen Name I used to purchase AOL Security Suite

To see a list of your Screen Names go to https://names.aol.co.uk and this will remind you of the list of Screen Names on your AOL account. One of these will be the Screen Name that you purchased AOL Security Suite with.

Alternatively you can refer back to the email we sent you when you registered for your subscription to AOL Security Suite.

I can’t remember my password

Click the "I forgot my password" link on the Screen Name Service sign-in screen. This link will take you to the Forgot Password screen. Enter your Screen Name on this screen and click submit. Soon after submitting your Screen Name you will receive an email from the Screen Name Service asking you to confirm your request to reset your password. Does cancelling my AOL Security Suite powered by McAfee subscription automatically deactivate my AOL Screen Name or close my AOL email account?

Cancelling your AOL Security Suite powered by McAfee subscription does not automatically deactivate your AOL Screen Name or close your AOL email account. This means that you will still be able to access your AOL email, the AOL software, your favourites and your buddy list even after you have cancelled your subscription.
