The Instant Images feature lets you send pictures to your Buddies while you are exchanging Instant Messages with them.

To share pictures with your Buddies:

1. Send your Buddy an IM.
2. When you're ready to send an image, click the camera icon in the toolbar on the IM form.
3. Click Yes in the warning box that appears asking you if you want to proceed. This invites your Buddy to join the Instant Image session. Once your Buddy has accepted the invitation, a direct connection is established and a window appears that allows you to access your pictures. You can select pictures from your AOL Pictures Online Photo Albums or choose pictures that are stored on your computer.
4. Select the check box next to the picture or pictures you want to send, or click Select All to select all the pictures.
5. Click Insert in the photo album window.
6. Click Add in the picture window to add additional pictures.

When you're ready, click Send Pictures. Once you have sent the pictures, you can click View Pictures on the IM form to see all the pictures that you and your Buddy have sent. You or your Buddy can also select a picture and click View Larger to see the individual picture in a larger size. If you want to send more pictures, just click Send Pictures again and click Add.
