How do I allow a non-member to use an external web browser?

Once Internet Access Controls (IAC) are installed, a screen name and password are required to access any external web browser or internet applications. This will not prevent use of desktop applications such as word processing or PC games.

To allow a non member to use the external browser and internet applications on a computer with IAC downloaded, create a screen name with General (18+) access for this person.
