How do I cancel my AOL Talk service?
If you cancel by phone, please ensure that you have the last four digits of your payment method and the answer to your account security question, if applicable, at hand for identification purposes.
If you cancel online or by email or post, you must include the following:
- your master screen name
- your full name
- the last four digits of your payment method
- the answer to your account security question (if applicable)
- day and evening contact telephone number
You will continue to be responsible for payment of all monthly fees and call charges accrued until AOL Talk is cancelled (which may take up to 14 working days). For more information, see sections 8 and 9 of the AOL Talk Terms and Conditions.
You can contact AOL Broadband Member Services between 8am and 12 midgnight 7 days a week on 0844 499 5555*(from outside the UK, dial +44 844 499 5555).
*Calls to 0844 499 5555 are free when made from an AOL Talk phone line. Calls from BT landlines are charged at a flat rate of 5p/min. Calls from mobiles and other network providers may cost more.
