Video is encoded at several different qualities (multiple bit rates) to ensure the best user experience according to your connection. It is important that you use the optimum connection speed setting to ensure quality video playback. If you have your setting too high, it is likely that you will experience a poor quality video playback experience.

To change your connection speed settings:

1. Click the Preferences link underneath the video window.
2. Select the speed closest to your connection speed.
