How do I check my bill for a previous month?

You can view your monthly bills for your AOL Broadband services online in Manage your account.

Checking a previous month's bill

To check a bill for a previous month, take the following steps:

1. Visit Manage your account* and sign in using your master screen name and password.
2. Select Invoices at the top of the screen and then select the Invoice List tab.
3. Click the Invoice Number of the bill you wish to view.
4. To view your usage for that month, return to the Invoice List tab and click the Usage link for the bill. The details of your bill will be displayed.

To print this bill or save it to your computer, click Print or Download in the bottom right-hand corner.

*When you access Mange your account for the first time you may be asked to download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player if it is not already installed on your computer. This will take a few minutes to download and install.
