How do I check my current bill summary?

You can view the bill for your AOL Broadband services online, in Manage your account.

Opening your bill

To open your bill, take the following steps:

1. Visit Manage your account* and sign in with your master screen name and password.
2. Select Invoices at the top of the screen.
3. Select the Current Invoice tab. Your current bill will be displayed.

Printing your bill

To print your current bill, take the following steps:

1. Once your bill is open, click Open for print in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Click Yes and then click Open for print.
3. When the bill is open, click the Print button in the top left-hand corner of the screen.


Downloading your bill

To download your current bill, take the following steps:

1. Once your bill is open, click Download in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Click Yes and then click Download.
3. Select the folder you wish to save your bill to.
4. Your bill will be available for you to view in the area that you saved it to.


*When you access Manage your account for the first time you may be asked to download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player if it is not already installed on your computer. This will take a few minutes to download and install.
