What is the status of my account?

The status of your account relfects whether or not it is active. If your account is up to date and active, the status is Normal. If your account has been blocked for any reason the status is Barred.

You can check the current status of your account online in Manage your account.

Checking your account status

To check the status of your account, take the following steps:

1. Visit Manage your account* and sign in with your master screen name and password.
2. Click the Expand all button under the Tree tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Select the subscription you want to check the status of. For example, internet or telephone.
4. Select the Summary tab on the right-hand side of the screen.
5. The status of your account is displayed on the second line.


*When you access Manage your account for the first time you may be asked to download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player if it is not already installed on your computer. This will take a few minutes to download and install.
