How do I enable Activity Reports?

Once you enable Activity Reports for your child, he or she will receive an email notifying him/her that Activity Reports have been activated for their screen name. In addition to the email, your child will see an indicator every time he or she signs on to the service if activity reports are enabled for his or her screen name.

To enable Activity Reports:

1. Go to Parental Controls.
Note: You must be signed on with your master screen name to enable activity reports.
2. Select the screen name for whom you wish to enable activity reports.
3. Scroll to the Activity Reports section.
4. Under Monitor your child's activity, select On.
5. If you wish to receive the reports through email, click the box beside Email me reports on these days: to place a tick in it. Then click either the Daily or Weekly on option along with the day that you wish to receive the weekly report.

Note: You will only be sent an email if there is any activity to report for the screen name.

6. Click the Save button.

Note: You can access Activity Reports directly from Parental Controls. Simply click the View button for your child's screen name, under the Child's Activity Report heading.
