How do I move e-mail to a different folder on AOL WebSuite Basic

Moving messages to a new or different folder on AOL WebSuite Basic is easy.

Move One or More Messages

You can move one or more messages to new or existing folders using AOL WebSuite Basic.

To move a message to an existing folder:

1. On the AOL Mail window, click the folder with the message you would like to move.
2. Click the box next to e-mail that you want to move, to place a check mark in it.
3. Click the Actions drop-down menu, in the Move to: section, click the folder to which you want to move the e-mail, then click the Go button.

Move an Open Message

You can move open messages to new or different folders using AOL WebSuite Basic.

To move an open message to another folder:

1. Click the Action drop-down button to open it, select the folder where you would like to move the message to from the list, then click it.
Note: When you move the message, it closes and is no longer displayed in your current mailbox. It is available in the folder you selected or the new folder that you created.
