How do I report obscene email?
Forward the original email to the AOL Conditions of Service staff
at one of the following screen names:
- For email-only violations, forward the email to screen name COSUK.
- For email with files attached, forward the mail to screen name COSFiles.
- For unsolicited commercial email, forward the email to screen name COSMail1.
Simply click the Forward button on the original email - do not copy and paste the original text into a new email.

Remember: Never download or open any email attachments from an unknown or questionable source. Files attached to email can contain computer viruses or Trojan Horse programs that can compromise the security of your AOL account.
