How do I report spam on the AOL WebSuite Basic Version?

Although the AOL spam filter catches most spam and junk mail sent to your e-mail address, there will be times when some gets past the spam filter. You can report this e-mail as spam to AOL.

Report a Message as Spam

All the messages you report will be moved to your spam folder, and the AOL spam filtering system will be improved to prevent further spam messages from entering your Inbox.

To report a message as spam:

1. Click the box next to the e-mail you wish to report to place a check mark in it.

Note: It is not necessary to open the e-mail.

2. Click the Spam button.
