How do I update my contact details?

If your name, address or telephone number have changed, you can update your contact details in Manage your account.

Updating your contact details

To update your contact details, take the following steps:

1. Go to Manage your account* and sign in using your master screen name and password.
2. Select the Summary tab at the top of the screen.
3. Click Edit in the top right-hand corner.
4. Enter your new contact details and click Submit.

Please complete your details as follows:

  • Forename and Surname: Enter your full first and last names. Important: You cannot change the name on your AOL Broadband account. Please read our name change policy for details.

  • Daytime and Evening phone numbers: Enter your daytime and evening phone numbers - please include the full STD or dialling code in both cases. If your daytime and evening phone numbers are the same, please enter that number in both boxes.

  • Post code: Enter your postcode and click Look-up. The address fields will be populated with your address based on the postcode you entered. If this does not happen, please enter your address in the boxes provided.


Note: If you need to move your internet and/or phone services to a new address or phone number, please submit a house move request.




*When you access Manage your account for the first time you may be asked to download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player if it is not already installed on your computer. This will take a few minutes to download and install.
