AOL Talk works through a method called Carrier Pre-Select. This allows AOL to become the carrier of your phone calls over your existing BT line. You don't need to buy any special equipment or dial any prefixes - simply continue to use your phone normally. However, AOL Talk is only available when your sign up to one of our internet access price plans.
