If you are in a broadband-enabled area it takes approximately 14 working days from the date of order to get AOL Broadband set up (subject to your order being accepted by our network provider).

We will contact you within 48 hours by email to confirm that you can receive the AOL Broadband service at the address you provided.

If your order has been accepted and BT has confirmed that your broadband connection has been enabled, you will receive notification by email on when to expect your AOL Broadband Easy-Install Pack to be delivered.
