I was a dial-up customer, what do I need to do?
To avoid paying two bills, please ensure to cancel your old dial-up account once you get the details of your AOL Broadband account. To cancel your dial-up account, please contact AOL Broadband Member Services. If you wish to keep your old email address you can do so, just ask one of our Agents.
Note: If you are currently a broadband customer, you won't need to do anything.
