Message: 'This is not a known Member'

You will receive the message 'This is not a known member' when you try to send email to a screen name that does not exist on AOL.

The screen name will not appear on the AOL service if the account for the screen name has been closed or if the screen name is misspelled.

To verify the spelling of the screen name:
1. On the error message window, click the OK button.
2. Double-check the spelling of the recipient's screen name, then resend your email.
