You can view your AOL Talk bill and an itemised list of your calls online in Manage your account.
Viewing your AOL Talk bill
To view your AOL Talk bill, take the following steps:
1. Go to Manage your account* and sign in using your master screen name and password.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click the plus sign next to your account name.
3. Select your AOL Talk service and then select the Tariffs tab on the right-hand side of the screen.
4. Click the Show button next to Unbilled usage. A detailed breakdown of all the calls you made so far this month will be displayed.
Notes:
-- To print or download this bill, click Print or Download in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
-- Calls will generally be listed within 24 hours of the call being made, however there may be instances where some calls will not be visible for up to 48 hours while our systems process them.
*When you access Manage your account for the first time you may be asked to download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player if it is not already installed on your computer. This will take a few minutes to download and install.
