If you feel behaviour you've witnessed in a chat room needs our review, click Notify AOL on the bottom right of the chat window. A violation report will be sent instantly to AOL's COS Team.

If you do not see a Notify AOL link in your chat room window, we recommend you upgrade your AOL software. To upgrade, go to Download the latest AOL software.

There may be no Notify AOL link in your chat room window because the room you have entered is a private chat room set up by an individual AOL member. In this case AOLÂ’s COS team cannot take action. If this does occur you can choose to ignore the violating member by highlighting their screen name and choosing the Ignore option

Only those reports sent through Notify AOL will be considered for action.
