If you receive objectionable content or a request for your password or billing information in an instant message note, click on the Notify AOL button on the instant message window. A report of the violation will be sent to AOL's COS Team.

The text from the instant message will automatically be included in your report. Enter any additional comments you would like to provide in the text box and click the Send Now button.

Remember: AOL staff will never ask you for your password or billing information online.
