Click Email & Attachments to learn how to report email from strangers that contains attached files or requests for your password, credit card number, or other personal information.
Problems in online areas such as message boards, member profiles, or web pages can be reported by clicking on the Message Boards, Web Pages, Screen Names, or Member Profiles links, respectively.
Your report will be sent to a member of AOL's moderation or abuse management staff. They will review this report and take action against the users responsible if the activity shows a violation of AOL's Conditions of Service. Our options include both written warnings and account termination if necessary. All reports of COS violations are processed within 48 hours.
