Restore a deleted screen name
You may be able to restore a screen name you have deleted for a period of up to six months.
To restore a screen name you deleted:
1. Go to Screen Name.
2. Under Additional Options, click the Restore link.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions.
Notes:
- Only screen names deleted within the last six months can be restored.
- Files stored on your PC (for example, the Filing Cabinet) for the restored screen name may still be available on your hard drive, if you have not deleted them or changed your software. If they are available, they will be present when you sign on with the restored screen name.
- If you want to change your password, click the Change link under the Password heading.
