Run the web browser AutoFix

We can help you to automatically some common problems with AutoFixes. To run the web browser AutoFix please follow the steps below.

Please Note:
-- Your AOL software must be offline before this AutoFix can be run.
-- AOL AutoFixes are unavailable on Windows Vista.

  1. Start your AOL software but do not sign on, click Help (Located on the AOL Toolbar) and click AOL Help.
  2. In AOL Help open Resolving Problems and then Solving Common AOL Problems.
  3. Click The AOL Web browser.
  4. Close all programs (Including your AOL software) and click Continue.
