Tips on searching help

To get more specific search results, try using the following tips:

  • For specific results, use complete ideas or sentences. The search works best when it has more focused information to work with.

  • To broaden your results try using single words or short phrases (not entire sentences).

  • Check your spelling: A misspelled or mistyped word can change your results. For misspelled words the search will suggest a list of possible matches.

  • Spaces are not ignored. A space in a search phrase is treated as an 'and' expression. Therefore, the search phrase 'horse riding' is actually used as if 'horse and riding' was entered.

  • Your search words must be at least three characters long.

  • Alternative searches: based on your search results, you may be offered alternative searches to try.
