TalkBack to AOL Broadband

At AOL Broadband, we've launched a new campaign to better learn how we're serving you and how we can do better.

We want to provide you with the best service possible, and when we fall short of your expectations, we want you to tell us about it.

TalkBack is how we are going to do it. When you call Member Services, we'll ask you to confirm your email address. Our partners will send you a short survey asking you for your thoughts on how the agent you spoke with handled the call and how you would rate the service you received. There will also be a comment box for you to tell us exactly what you think.

Your email address will be kept confidential and not used for any internal or external marketing. We just want to engage with you and ensure that we provide you with a great, personalised service at all times.
