Spelling checker
With the spelling checker you can check any text document, email or Instant Message you write. You can also check the spelling of an individual word using the online dictionary.
To activate the checker manually while writing an email, Instant Message or text document, press the Ctrl and = keys.
Tip: You can automatically spellcheck any email before you send it. Pressing Alt + M then P opens the email menu to Email preferences. Tick the box next to Perform a spell check before sending email, then click Save.
Tip: To activate spelling checker preferences, press Alt + S then P to open the Settings menu, then go to Preferences and select Spelling. Here you can set your spelling preferences such as whether to allow punctuation errors or hyphenated words.
The toolbar (visible at the top of the screen while using the software) contains a number of icons that link to key features. Each of these icons has an associated picture alongside it as a visual clue to what each icon does. For example, the Write icon (allowing you to write a new email) has a pencil icon beside it. Additional help on specific features is also available.
