Unexpected disconnections from AOL Broadband

Unexpected disconnections can be caused by long extension leads or an incorrect filter setup.

Broadband setup

To diagnose what is causing the disconnection, please select from the following:

	I am connecting one PC to the Broadband using the broadband modem that came in the AOL Broadband pack
	I am connecting more than one PC to the Broadband using a modem router (home networking)
