Update your AOL Broadband payment details

Your payment details refer to the credit card, debit card or bank account to which your AOL Broadband charges are billed. To update your payment details, first you will need to remove your current recurring payment details and then add your new details.

Remove your current payment details

1.Go to Manage your account* and sign in using your master screen name and password.
2. Select the Payments tab at the top of the screen and then select Recurring Payments.
3. Click Remove current recurring payment.
4. Click OK to confirm.


Add your new payment details

1. Select the Payments tab at the top of the screen and then select Recurring Payments.
2. Click Create New recurring payment in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Select Card Details or Direct Debit from the drop-down list and enter your payment details in the space provided.
4. Click Submit.


Notes:
-- At any stage in the process, you can click Cancel to cancel the update to your payment details.
-- For security reasons, your current payment details are not displayed.


*When you access the Manage your accountarea for the first time you may be asked to download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player if it is not already installed on your computer. This will take a few minutes to download and install.
