We can provide you with a MAC code to transition to a different provider as advised in the notice sent we out. Unfortunately we cannot reverse this decision. Your account will be terminated 31 days from the date of the notice.

If you wish to move to an alternative provider please request the MAC code as soon as possible. You will not be required to buy out of your contract (if applicable) in these situations
