What do the different lights on the modem mean?

There are two light indicators on the modem (one called USB and other ADSL).

When the green light is on for both, this means that the modem is getting power and is in synch with the local exchange.

If the USB indicator is green and the ADSL light is flashing green, this means that the modem is getting power but is NOT in synch with the local exchange.
