You will not incur any additional charges if you exceed the limit, but to be fair to all our customers, we do reserve the right to apply speed restrictions at peak times. Peak times vary but are currently Sunday to Thursday evenings. We may also write to you to advise of any breach. We do ask that you consider your usage and the agreement you have with AOL Broadband.
