What happens to members who violate COS?

If AOL Broadband finds that a member has violated the Conditions of Service, we will take action against that member. Depending on the severity of the violation, action taken may include a written warning, account suspension or account termination.

Unfortunately, due to legal reasons, we cannot provide details of the steps taken against a member, but rest assured that AOL Broadband Conditions of Service staff will process all verified reports.
