What happens when I order AOL Broadband?

Ordering AOL Broadband is easy - we handle everything for you.

Depending on which package you choose, if you are a tenant, leaseholder and/or live in a multi-occupancy building, you must first obtain permission to have broadband installed in your home. A site survey of your property may also be required to determine if you can get AOL Broadband.

1. You place your order online.
2. We confirm receipt of your order by email.
3. We send your Broadband Easy Install pack with complete and easy instructions on how to get online with AOL Broadband.
4. Depending on which package you choose, your telephone line will automatically be enabled for you to use broadband, or an engineer will need to visit your home at a pre-arranged date to install your cable modem.
